For #1 and #2 .... yeah ....no. Copilot does autocomplete on function level. It won't write the full software for you, you still have to know what to ask and how to put it together. Some lines may be copied verbatim but do licenses cover each and every line Ina project? If I have a function that calls the Twitter API and get a list of posts, returns the body or an exception, how many different ways to write that are there? If the http call and body return are copied, how many different licenses would that violate? Can it be proven? If so from which of the gazillion projects that interact with Twitter? Have those already copiwd each other? Intentionally? If the copy wasn't done by you apecifically, doesn't sound like you're liable in any case.
