Quite sad. Lost interest at the part about being present in all of a teams’ meetings in a day.
If you don’t trust your team to bring you in only as needed for validating decisions then you’re not a leader. You need to enable your team to do things on their own, of course, and that involves them learning how to recognize and effectively communicate the facts you need to make decisions continuously.
Meetings exists for specific alignments, not for managing. That happens continuously.
