Yes, but against, you’re applying actual logic to where is a lack of. The result is that you’re preaching to the choir, to people who already apply reason.

You assume she takes from a premise. I say there is no real premise. She caters to what people who vote for her want to hear. The value of truth or any sort of common sense don’t apply.

It’s very possible she doesn’t believe any of what she claims. She knows that’s what’s expected of her by her constituents and that’s a powerful motivator since someone like her who lacks just about anything else simply would not be able to move upward in politics otherwise.
